As we continue to serve you virtually through our secure online client portal and various communication tools, please read the information listed as we are as committed as ever to assisting you with your tax and accounting needs.
Use of the Client Portal is Not Required
Clients are welcome to drop off or mail in documents to our office.
Client Portal = Security of your information
Sending documents via email will not provide the level of security that our client portal does. Please continue to use the client portal to send all confidential information and documents. If you don’t have an account, contact us and we’ll help get you started.
Mailing your documents
If you need to mail your documents to our office, please only use USPS – all other carriers do not have access to our secure mailbox. See Contact for our address.
Signatures and completed Tax Returns
Engagement agreements and completed tax returns will be delivered electronically via DocuSign or the client portal. Each system provides/supports:
A downloadable copy of your tax returns for your review before signing
A compliant e-signature function for the signing of your e-file forms
